GUARANTEED PAY PROGRAM Any week the driver makes less than 1000 gross his her pay will be bumped to the 1000 guarantee by the account manager. To receive the guarantee the driver MUST have been available to work the whole 5 day work week and driver MUST be willing to help other accounts in the area when Masterbrand freight is slow. Any refusal of account specific work or region support work will VOID the pay guarantee. Any planned shutdowns of the account will not count as an available week so the guarantee will not be in effect. Exception to this program is during account specific training - the driver will receive 875 gross during this training period. Time off Shift Will have at least 34 hours off sometime between Fri and Mon - driver should be flexible as this is a new account and routes are not set. Generally there are no weekend deliveries but driver may drive on a weekend day to deliver on a Monday or on a Saturday to make it home. Position details Will be hauling kitchen and bathroom cabinets that are packed individually in cardboard boxes (average weight is 50-75 lbs) Make retail store kitchen showroom and jobsite deliveries to Master Brands customers. This account delivers almost exclusively to the Northeast and will ocassionally make deliveries to Long Island NY. Backhauls included Either customer related or 3rd party Special requirements Tailgating of freight during unload- we provide dolly equipment including company scanner phone to document piece count damages etc. Great customer service skills required
