Truck Wash Company - Team Member (Spartanburg Greenville) Full-Time Position Superior Wash Carolinas is a mobile truck wash company covering all of North & South Carolina and parts Georgia. Our headquarters is in Charlotte NC and we have 10 satellite offices throughout both states that enable us to accommodate all current and potential customers. We started 9 years ago with 1 truck servicing the greater Charlotte area. Now we have 15 of our own service vehicles 10 satellite offices and wash nearly 4 000 trucks every week We are dedicated to living and operating with integrity and want to influence our team and community in a positive way. Hours will fluctuate due to work load. Shifts are typically 8-12 hours Fast-paced environment we wash 50-100 trucks per day Weekend availability required Must have flexible schedule - we do not run a normal 1st 2nd 3rd shift. You will have the same schedule each week but daily start times will vary throughout the week (some days we start at 5 30am some at 3 30pm etc.) This is a physically demanding job - must be in good shape To be successful on this Team you must be willing to do what is expected every day on every truck. Simply put you get out what you put in. We give Feedback. We let you know how you are performing if you need to improve certain things we let you know. If you are doing a great job we let you know. Performance Based Bonuses We offer bonuses based on performance. This is a form of profit sharing - the more efficient and profitable you are helping our office and company be the more money we will be able to put back into your pocket. We have a structured system to determine the bonus amount for each Team Member. Job Requirements Valid Driver s License (REQUIRED) Clean Driving Record (we run a driver s license check on all Team Members) Must be able to work weekends Must have personal vehicle to get to and from work Clean Background Reliable Hard Worker Positive Attitude Good Learner Must be able to pass a drug test
