SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company in Barberton OH. This position will support the department to help enable goals and objectives to be achieved which may include planning budgeting and other projects within the manufacturing process.RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of molten aluminum melting handling solid charging and other metal processes. Manage repairs and replacement throughout the factory. Maintain capital projects with the implementation of Microsoft Project Gantt chart or equivalent. Ability to use critical path analysis and budget analysis for project management. Lead production launch of project modifications on existing equipment or the installation of new equipment. Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to cross functional teams. Communicate with vendors to maintain continuous plant operation. Perform complex system tests. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology required. Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting. 2 years of experience in aluminum casting foundry and or melting furnace refectory maintenance. project management experience highly preferred.
