I have several pots of the New and hard to find Award Winning Purple Princess Caroline LARGE Ornamental Grass that I divided from my Mother plants. This Gorgeous Lush Bold and Soft WIDE blade grass rarely forms seed heads if at all. The leaves have a nice soft feeling and don t have the sharp edges you would feel on a pampas grass. The leaves weep down gracefully giving them a nice soft look. The movement of the foliage in the breeze gives a nice attribute to the landscape. Its not the one you usually see at garden centers for sale. The only other place Ive seen it here in Ft Worth so far is the Botanical Gardens. Grows 4 to 5 High and Wide. Perennial in zones 7B and up. Absolutely Beautiful as a back drop or specimen plant. Row run or large patio pots. Prefers full sun to part shade for deepest color but also tolerates shade areas.
