Position Responsibilities Answer and direct appropriately all incoming telephone calls. Greet customers vendors real estate agents in a friendly courteous manner so as to give a positive first impression announcing their arrival if scheduled or finding the appropriate person to help them. Generally monitor people coming in and out of the office. Coordinate all FedEx mailings on a daily basis. Accept incoming packages mail and faxes distributing or notifying recipients of such in a timely manner. Assist guests vendors and RE agents returning keys. Assist with company mailings and other activities that can be done in addition to the other duties of the position. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent additional experience. No additional experience required.
