Our client a growing manufacturing company located near Tewksbury MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to create the manufacturing process and program CNC machines. Responsible for creating CNC programs to manufacture parts document the machining process and procedures maintain the CNC program configuration and revision control engineer and design tooling and fixtures required for machining and lead the continuous improvement process throughout the shop floor. Must have strong communication problem solving and teamwork skills. Experience with CamWorks and SolidWorks are preferred but training is available for the right candidate. Must have process expertise in turning milling and inspection cutting tools and their materials fixture and tool procurement general setup and part qualification practices. Some travel may be required. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent years of work experience plus a minimum of two years hands-on manufacturing engineering experience programming CNC equipment in a metal working environment is required.
