Performance & Reward professionals help clients allocate HR costs and assess operations to deliver business performance improvement. We also help clients manage the risk associated with their benefit plans and other HR programs including assessing the financial implications of a transaction on the HR function and programs.We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior to manage a wide variety of projects addressing Internal Revenue Code ERISA and human resource issues relating to an employer s compensation and benefits programs as well as other strategic business matters.
