Prepare meals according to menus and recipes under the direction of the Chef and Director of Dining Services. Follow departmental procedures including safe food handling sanitation safety and cleaning schedules. Ensure all food in refrigerators freezers and dry storage are properly stored and labled. Maintain clean work station. Clean food service equipment food storage areas and kitchen. Must be able to work full shift standing. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to pass Drug Screening and Background Check. Must have or obtain Food Handlers Certification.
