Driving the senior to doctor appointments the Senior Center or wherever they choose. This fosters involvement in social or community activities. I can use their vehicle or mine. I have a clean driving record. 2. Remind the senior to take Meds and prompt to do exercises advised by their doctor. 3. Prepare a snack lunch or dinner 4. Light housekeeping doing dishes laundry taking out the trash. 5. As a bonus I provide art activities as well. If interested I ll supply adult coloring books along with colored pencils markers and crayons as well as other activity books. I find these activities very calming inspirational and just plain fun It gives them something to look forward to. This can turn an ordinary day into an extra ordinary one Since my position is non-medical the loved one needs to be mobile (using a walker is fine) and they need to be able to take care of their own toileting and bathing needs.
