In this class Writing Through the Body founder Johnnie Mazzocco will lead you in exploring the 1st (Root) chakra and discuss how understanding this chakra can help you banish writer s block achieve flow and tell your untold stories. Those attending can expect to learn the elements particular to the Root Chakra and how to apply this info to their writing. We will also discuss the writing element of setting and we ll do a short meditation and some writing based on prompts specifically created for the Root Chakra.
