We are a leading radio manufacturer that is currently seeking a full time radio repair qualified customer service technician that is upbeat personable and has a passion for their job. This candidate must have basic electronics skills with an emphasis and a passion for AM FM LW SW Radios is a plus. This position is responsible for all incoming customer calls for technical assistance. A learning knowledge of our products is essential in assisting our customers with the process of setting clock time alarms station pre-sets etc. You must have a willingness to learn as we are constantly adding new products and technologies. An understanding of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technologies is also a benefit as well as having the ability to read and understand schematics and taking customer s part orders. Having knowledge on basic circuit board repairs and soldering antenna replacements and the ability to determine if the unit needs to be repaired or replaced is also important. Most importantly is having the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our diverse group of customers. You must be proficient in MS Word Excel and Outlook.
