Family owned business since 1925 Artisinal Salami maker in Hackensack is looking to add a few production room associates. This opportunity is working in wholesale establishment performing precision functions involving the preparation of meat. Work may include specialized tasks cutting premium cuts of meat for making sausage and or salami grinding meats and stuffing natural casings along with packaging and labeling finished product. Along with ensuring production rooms are kept clean. There are also other tasks to be completed as needed. We are looking for the candidates to have some background in Food safety and meat processing but will train the right person. These positions work Fulltime Monday-Friday 6am -2pm with overtime as needed including Saturdays. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver s license and be allowed to work in the U.S. Starting pay is Commensurate with experience
