Self storage company seeks a Part Time Customer Service Leasing Agent for 20 hours a week (more hours as needed) at one of our Sarasota FL locations. We are locally owned and operated with a stable history and opportunity for advancement. Qualified candidates must possess the following traits Outgoing personality and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner Excellent customer service phone and sales skills Ability to process payments and make collections calls on past due accounts Experience with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook Ability to clean a unit take inventory lift merchandise and walk the property for inspection Flexibility to work weekends opening shifts and closing shifts A positive attitude with a desire to advance within the company Self-storage experience and or Spanish speaking a plus but not required We are a drug-free workplace and you must be able to pass a background check. The Customer Service Leasing Agent will work with minimum direct supervision and operate effectively on a team. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of a Self-Storage facility focusing on customer service sales and providing customer solutions. The Customer Service Leasing Agent provides assistance to the Store Manager with customer relations revenue delinquency collections occupancy unit & merchandise inventory maintaining property cleanliness standards and performing other duties as assigned.Benefits Compensation 10.00 Hr Plus Bonus.
