Hello I am looking for someone to take over my lease (preferably female) at The Gotham Building. I have a room for 1367.5 plus utilities that will be available by June 1st. You will have a room and your own bathroom. It is 4-5 mins walk to the Grove St PATH station. The building has a Gym 24 hour lobby Attendant Concierge Service BBQ Picnic Area Available Garaged Parking On-Site Maintenance (I have already paid for all the amenities). The washer and dryer is conveniently located in the apartment too. I also have furniture. So if you would like to buy a bed drawers etc I can sell it to you directly.
