Answering phone calls assisting walk-in clients providing administrative assistance to agents and broker assisting with property management duties running local errands composing formal correspondence using Microsoft Office software conducting internet research helping with marketing strategies (creating brochures flyers marketing materials) communicating with other companies and vendors. Must be bilingual in Armenian Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Must have experience with Microsoft Word & Excel Must type at least 50wpm Note This is a part-time job offer. You will be required to work 4 hours a day (of your choice) Monday-Friday. Some flexibility with hours if needed. Pay to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
