You are someone who loves taking ownership of the behind-the-scenes work managing the inventory and processes to ensure all clients receive their product needs by set deadlines. You will work with a team of Warehouse Associates and Drivers to fill check receive and ship orders check and put away inventory. You are extremely detail oriented and efficient and take pride in being responsible for the behind the scenes work that makes Atlas Bolt and Supply Co. special and the top service oriented fastener company. Fastener experience a big plus but we are willing to train the right candidate with potential for growth in the company. Your Responsibilities Assist the sales staff with the coordination of purchase orders. Picking boxing and labeling product for orders. Handle product treatments and modifications. Receiving product purchased to ensure the the items are correct and the quality level expected. Checking filled orders. Shipping of goods. Ensure Atlas Bolt and Supply Co. s standards for highest possible quality in all delivered goods and services are consistently achieved. Participate in regular warehouse inventories. Every nut bolt and screw matters. Comply with federal state and local warehouse material handling and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforce adherence to requirements and advise management on needed actions. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts. Respectfully and courteously handle Will-Call customers. Be able to drive a forklift (certification a plus) Desired Skills and ExperienceYou are Meticulous attention to detail and process oriented. You ensure the t s are crossed and the i s are dotted.
