Vocational Job Coaches needed to work with mild-moderately disabled Adult students (18 ) to learn employment skills in community settings for higher level industries. Provide needed support to assure student success through breaking down skills scaffolding techniques evaluation goal-setting tracking and re-training. Simple lesson planning documentation of activities and interpersonal communication skills a must. Successful candidates will act as a liaison with community partner employers at their site act as program monitor to client site provide advocacy and be cognizant of related policy and procedure. Quarterly meetings and annual reviews with contracting government agency is required. Shifts & Hours range 830am-1 30pm 11 30-4 30. Ten positions available. Qualifications Must be 18 with good driving record and insurance. Teaching vocational training experience a plus. High school diploma some college desired.
