The Walk has been held in a few different locations over the years including Edgewater Park. Today the Walk takes place in the Tremont neighborhood and is as much of a friendraiser as it is a fundraiser. 100% of the funds raised will benefit the ministries and programs for persons with disabilities their loved ones and their supporters. Some of these ministries and programs include Camp Happiness (3 summer camps for children with disabilities) Continuing Adult Education and Social Program the many socials and activities for people with disabilities referral support for families special programs for the d Deaf hard of hearing blind and mentally ill and many ministries which integrate persons with disabilities into Church and society....
