Working Knowledge of the property mechanics including but not limited to water mains lift stations or waste water lines and main power shut offs. 3. Punch out apartments to include caulking re-key Locks and make keys a c service appliances electrical plumbing drywall tile wallpaper Formica porcelain repairs window light bulbs safety equipment and blind replacement. 4. Plumbing repair 5. A C Repair 6. Electrical trouble shooting and repair 7. Complete work orders 8. Repair appliances 9. Must be able to transport tools and necessary equipment form apartment to apartment and from shop area to apartment or clubhouse. 10. All other duties assigned by the manager. 11. Replace floor tiles and repair floors. 12. Maintain swimming pool fountains and all other water features.
