Legal notice of citation to a canonical trial is hereby given pursuant to canons 1507-1512 of the Code of Canon Law that on the Petitioner Nicki Edward Dvorak a Resident in of Oviedo Florida U.S.A. introduced a canonical suit of Litagation to petition the declaration of nullity of his marriage to the Respondent Nancy Louise Dwyer. Since the Respondent s domicile quasi-domicile or place of residence unknown to both the Petitioner and to this Church Court the Respondent is hereby summoned to contact the Ecclesiastical Notary of the Tribunal of the Diocese of Orlando by August 12 2013 in order to be informed of the content of the petition and its acceptance of his canonical rights and to appoint an advocate to represent him in the trial.
