As a Title Abstractor accuracy is important. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for searching records and files to locate property history. The history search can include locating previous owners liens or judgments. Once documents are located the Title Abstractor then reviews the documents for anything that could prohibit or delay a purchase.
