Brititsh Swim School-Long Island (located in Long Island Scuba) Students aged 3 months and older learn basic swim skills or perfect more advanced strokes under the guidance of experienced instructors British Swim School s instructors know that swimming splashing diving and cannonballing are loads of fun. But they also know that swimming is an important survival skill one that s especially vital for young children. For the last 30 years they ve led lessons that give kids the tools they need to have fun and be safe too. Swim instruction covers all the basics including teaching kids how to float on their back a technique the staff believes is one of the most important water survival skills.
