I. DESCRIPTION Position is in a fast paced office environment as part of a customer facing property management. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills professional presentation and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and office administration support. II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answers and screens incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greets walk in customers accepts payments and provides other assistance as needed. Assist Property Managers with day-to-day operations. Assists Accounts Payable with weekly mailing of checks and filing. Assists Accounts Receivable with weekly filing. Assists with mail outs for various departments. Assists with filing for various departments. Carries out miscellaneous tasks for office staff. Performs other functions and duties as needed and or assigned. This position will require a 90 day probationary period. The compensation for this position is 30per hour.
