I live in Coon Rapids and I am looking for a roommate. The townhouse is 2700 square feet. You would have a private bedroom (12x12) and your own bathroom. Garage space and storge included. We would share the kitchen laundry basement etc. I have a small dog and a cat. So you must like animals. Sorry no more animals as the association only allows two. The rent would be 600.00 a month plus half of the utilities. ( about 100 to 200 a piece monthly depending on usage.) I am a 55 year old female.
