A manufacturing company with more than 15 yrs in the industry and a strong team with years of industry experience. The products are sold in many countries all over the world.Responsibilities Manage a process of planning and organizing of distribution company activity for promotion and sales of products ( 2 2 ). Create develop and manage the distribution structure of the company. Provide market research sales analysis and forecasting set goals and new business prospects accordingly. Coordinate the selection hire and development of personnel in accordance with company procedures. Develop sales by coordinating requirements negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Budgeting for the company analyze and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Meet sales volumes according to sales plans.Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Economics Business Law. Bilingual English and Russian fluency a must 5 years of experience in executive position in trade companies organizing of distribution structure work with DYI big retailers construction companies. Experience of developing B2B and B2C sales. Experience in tendering activities working with state and federal agencies.This is full-time position.
