Shoalwater Bay Casino has an immediate opeing for a Surveillance Observer. Duties include observation of all gaming activity including but not limited to cashiering operations slot operations cash handling table games and count rooms. Individual will utilize necessary surveillance equipment to identify and record activity. Excellent observation skills and attention to detail and must be able to speak and write precisely to provide verbal and written reports as needed. Ability to complete or assist in complicated investigations. Excellent communication skill with the ability to write clearly and concisely. Must meet requirements to obtain Washington State Gaming Certificate and Tribal License. Ability to keep work-related information confidential. Surveillance experience of table games and having knowledge of basic strategy and card counting is a plus. Knowledge of cheating scams advantage play and money management a plus but not a requirement. Ability to work in confined enclosed area. Candidate must be available to work all shifts weekends and holidays. The candidate must have the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
