All First Editions are considered in mint condition unless other wise noted. When I first started listing these the wheel designation was categorized by the price guide of Tomart. Now after receiving a couple of thousand more Mattel HW I gave the best description I could by looking and trying to put some type of order. I have way too many Mattel Hot Wheels to put them in collector number order I did the best just to put them in the same year.
