Job Description We are seeking an Experienced Machine Operator that is team oriented and possesses great problem solving skills. You will execute your role within a group that embraces innovation continuous improvement and provides educational opportunities to continuously sharpen your professional skills. Our Machine Operators provide high quality results through excellent team work and focused execution. Your accountabilities Strong understanding of production flow and equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to learn and retain basic technical knowledge regarding saws and machine centers. Understand machine maintenance and mechanics demonstrated through ability to troubleshoot and fulfill TPM requirements and participate in continuous improvement projects. Capable of operating multiple machines centers with varying degree of difficulty. Efficiently maintains production flow in work environment. May help train or direct other operators. Exercises independent judgment to make decisions that affect final product (quality grade). Your qualifications Extensive experience operating various sawmill machines minimum of 3 years. Experience in applying knowledge of production flow and equipment to improve machine efficiency and plant production.
