These two pieces are in near mint condition with not chips or cracks to be found. The style of clothing worn is French in or about the 19th Century. These two pieces are being sold as a set. This is a bisque-unglazed pottery. Pieces are true and vibrant in color. Both pieces have about the same color. Even though both pictures appear different it was due to light while taking the pictures. The manufacturer printed on the bottom Chase. Occupied Japan means an approximate date of manufacture of 1946-1952 for war reparations from World War II. Approximate height is 9.79 inches. These are hand painted figurines.
