Description Property Manager with Section 8 and Tax Credit Experience Sage Apartment Communities Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager well versed and current in all aspects of the Section 8 and the Tax Credit program for a 60-unit apartment community in Mendota CA. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager you complete daily onsite activities of the apartment community. Only candidates with Section 8 or Tax Credit experience need apply. Job Summary 1. Complete annual and interim recertifications for all residents in accordance with Company and Section 8 Tax Credit guidelines. 2. Interact with current and prospective residents. 3. Fosters a positive active and collaborative relationship with residents communities and associated agencies. 4. Assist in all aspects of leasing including but not limited to touring accepting and processing applications phones call backs and thank you cards. 5. Preparation of correspondence such as rent charges eviction notices collections etc. 6. Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures. 7. Conduct unit inspections. 8. Maintain the safety and security of the apartment community at all times. 9. Daily reports. 10. All other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications 1. Must have a minimum of 2 years Tax Credit or Section 8 experience 2. Yardi Voyager experience preferred 3. Basic math proficiency required 4. Highly motivated and able to work independently 5. Ability to handle pressure due to complexity and time sensitivity 6. Excellent organizational skills attention to details strong verbal and written communication skills 7. Works patiently professionally and cooperatively with residents providing exceptional customer service 8.
