Venue Sales Associate

Position Description To book schedule and process events for the venue. A mixed role involving both reactive and proactive sales. Striving to maintain a culture of excellence in all areas of the operation. Responsible for coordinating events including planning booking all vendors putting up decorations and ensuring the event runs smoothly Field a high volume of inbound sales requests for hall rentals Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide cost estimates throughout the sales process Establish in-depth knowledge of hall calendar capacities technical capabilities and fees administer events from start to finish acting as the key point of contact among the client and all relevant teams - production front of house catering ect. Attend walk-throughs and necessary client meetings Serve as onsite contact for high-profile events to ensure seamless execution Foster and sustain relationships Sales experience Customer service skills and diplomacy Detail oriented and have excellent follow-up skills Team player who excels in group problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced work environment Ability to manage emails and phone calls
