I am renting my second bedroom here in Monrovia. The aprtment complex is called Villa de las Flores located off of Hunnington and S. Alta Vista Ave behind the Sprouts shopping center near Myrtle street. Room is furnished with queen size bed desk and chair one nightstand TV and sitting chair also has walkin closet with plenty of storage space style of furniture is wood and rod iron very nice the room size is 12 x 15 bathroom is shared as well as living room and kitchen. Rent includes all utilities plus regular cable. Luandry area is outside of unit. Complex has a pool and beautifly landscaped with fountain stream and 2 water falls.I am only looking to rent to one person female or male must be mature and seriouse non smoker and drinker. Must be clean and respectful.
