Online Tutoring Agency hiring Recruiters to recruit students for an SES (Supplemental Education Services) program. We provide free (SES) tutoring to eligible students in public schools in need of improvement. All students deserve exceptional educational opportunities and it is our goal to extend these opportunities to students in public schools. This is a part-time temporary position (possibly 4-6 weeks with a maximum of 30 hours a week.) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enrolling students in the program Conducting door-to-door marketing of program Takes initiative exhibits energy and a strong desire to achieve set goals Ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Team player -- cooperative with supervisors and peers Recruiter will report directly to the Team Leader Recruiter Report notes daily QUALIFICATION REQUIRED SKILLS EDUCATION Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid driver s license and reliable car with willingness for local travel Minimum Bachelors Degree preferred Must have a flexible schedule Availability Monday-Friday and able to work 4 hrs daily Will be required to get a Background check (fee reimbursement by hiring agency) Preferred Skills Knowledge (Desired but not required) Knowledge of SES and or familiarity of school organizational structures and public education Vested interest in uplifting public school children within your community Fluency in Spanish preferred Prior educational or sales experience Pay 12.00 hour PLUS 10.00 for EACH child recruited into program
