My wife and I are looking for a unit to rent for a new home. It can be a house apartment or mobile home. A year-long renewable lease is preferred. We have a cat. We are non-smokers. We have rented for nine years and can provide references. We have never been late with a payment. Would like to move from Cleveland Ohio in Sept or October when our current lease is up.
