C Set-up cooking and prep areas with the appropriate cooking supplies and utensils. C Ensure recycled items are placed in the appropriate areas. C Basic food prep (peeling potatoes straining stocks etc.). C Participate actively in a multi-functional cross-training team environment. C Be supportive of creativity and innovation. C Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service. C Work towards continuous improvement and quality.
