1931 Notre Dame yearbook The Dome with tribute to Knute Rockne and the 1930 National Championship Team (10-0) with great pictures of Knute Rockne and the 1930 Team including game action photo s and individual pictures of All Americans Bertram Metzger Marchmont Schwartz Frank Carideo and Martin Brill as well as pictures of Frank Leahy (great future coach of Notre Dame) and three of the four legendary Four Horsemen Elmer Layden Harry Stuhldreher and the Immortal George (The Gipper) Gipp. Rockne was killed in a plane crash on March 31 1931 while enroute to participate in the production of the film The Spirit of Notre Dame and this the first yearbook published after his death is a great tribute to the Legend that was and still is Knute Rockne the most beloved coach in Notre Dame history and who is regarded as one of the greatest coaches ever in college football.. Yearbook is in excellent condition a fantastic addition to any serious college football fans collection especially an Irish fan whom I hope it ends up in the hands of. Note there are absolutely no classmate signatures or any writing in the book for that matter and this IS NOT a Reproduction it came from the estate of an elderly gentleman friend who attended Notre Dame from 1928-1932. Also I prefer to ship by USPS media mail with full insurance on purchase price which is included. Thanks for viewing this ad 150 OBO GO IRISH
