I ve written this ad for Yolanda whose English is basic. Yolanda took care of my disabled grandson from the time he was twelve until he was 22 and moved into a different living situation. (My grandson has cerebral palsy is in a wheelchair has little-fine motor control and has a speech and visual impairment.) Yolanda is an excellent reliable trustworthy employee who has performed the following tasks--and more--for my grandson Caregiving Lifting (85 lbs) repositioning bathing toileting teeth brushing and flossing feeding putting on hand and foot splints and performing a home occupational physical therapy program. Housecleaning Cooking vacuuming rug shampooing mopping bathroom cleaning dish washing dusting taking out trash and doing laundry. Please note that Yolanda works only in Mountain View or nearby areas because she bicycles or takes public transportation. This has never affected her ability to get to and from work.
