Part-time Office Manager

Our client a small technology consulting company located near Acton MA is seeking a Part-time Office Manger to provide support to the CEO and maintain an organized and professional office. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports documentation proposals and legal agreements (using templates). Maintaining contact information in Outlook. Interacting with clients and vendors worldwide by phone and email. General office duties such as faxing copying filing etc. Must be professional with outstanding experience using various office technologies and software packages and the ability to learn new software and technology as needed. Must be detail-oriented with strong communication (verbal and written) follow-up organizational multi-tasking MS Office and general office technology skills. Familiarity with maintaining both paper files and electronic files is preferred. Experience working with contracts is a plus. Hours are approximately 9 00 a.m. 3 00 p.m. Monday Friday with some flexibility totaling 20 hours per week. Competitive hourly rate accrued PTO and 401K plan. Local candidates only (within commute distance). Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
