AFFORDABLE FLEXIBLE PIANO LESSONS IN NORTHWEST SUBURBS I am a practicing musician with a Masters in teaching offering private piano lessons for all ages. If you are a beginner intermediate or even an adult learner we can adapt lessons to fit your goals. I began lessons at 5 years old and competed in national piano competitions for 13 years. I have continued to play throughout my adult life and currently play all over the area in an acoustic duo as well as a band. I can teach all styles of music from classical pop blues etc. Lessons will be structured according to the student s preference. My piano teacher was old as dirt and kind of mean too. I remember dreading each lesson because they were not much fun but thank goodness my passion for music won out. (Plus my mother made me go lol). Your child will enjoy taking piano lessons from a teacher who listens and cares about their interests and strives to make lessons fun Motivation is key Learning to play the piano can be a lot of fun and especially if you see results quickly. Your child will learn how to read music and be taught music theory but in addition will learn chording and other important techniques which will allow them to improvise and bring their own style to life. Lessons generally run 30 minutes long depending on the age of the child. Usually students do very well with one lesson per week. My fees are very reasonable especially if you commit to long-term lessons. Lessons can be taught in my home or yours (for an additional fee) whatever your preference.
