Hr Administrator

Position Purpose The HR Administrator (HRA) has the primary responsibility for collecting entering and auditing all the personnel data from the Human Resources group and entering it in various HR systems including but not limited to EV5 Health and Welfare and Leave Module. Scope Complexity Supervisory Responsibilities The HRA is responsible for ensuring that all the day to day personnel data for all employees are entered audited and confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. This position will work closely with Payroll HR and other transactional departments to ensure the timely and accurate entry of all personnel data. In addition will be the primary contact for all data entry related questions issues and concerns. The HRA will provide support and direction to junior team members in the performance of their duties as needed.
