THE O.T.C.N management team is now looking for new Recruiting Specialists to Answer calls from new hire Prospects and process New Candidate Applications and Resumes. This is a entry level Position Promotion are available after 30 day review. You will take Inbound calls from Candidates (People who are ready to work) and you will assist them with completing the application process and provide support by answering any job related questions that they may have. You will be the first Point Of Contact For THE O.T.C.N so we will expect the highest standards of Customer Service at all times when handling calls. Training is provided and lasts 7 days. A 6 month history Background Check is required to verify your identity for this position. The O.T.C.N. does not cover the cost ( 35). However we do have payment options for candidates who cannot afford that right now. We do have a Second Chance program available for people with less-than-perfect Background report. This Job will allow you to work your own hours and still earn any where from 400.00 a week and up (Weekly Performance based Pay). You re paid on Saturday by 2 pm (Direct deposit through Paypal). Also if selected by our team of directors you will start taking calls for some of our major clients. With these calls you will be asked to answer product questions handle live call transfers process sales calls and promote our clients advertised services to Generate awareness of free products marketed by our clients. You may also handle follow up calls from appointments that are set for and sometimes by you.
