POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Office Administration is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Versatile skills including team supervision and development report and document preparation data management workflow scheduling and planning customer service and project coordination. Excellent problem-solving skills are a must. The Manager of Office Administration should be - an adaptable self-directed professional who can successfully communicate information across all levels. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Assign and monitor clerical and administrative responsibilities and tasks among office staff Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency Arrange and coordinate staff meetings Serve as point of contact with corporate office on Facilities IT Purchasing Accounts Payable Manage all office logistics for business unit (e.g. seating moves facilities issues) Organize orientation of new staff members Design and implement office policies and procedures - ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory Provide coordination oversight and budget management for employee incentive program Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents Create and distribute meeting minutes from Management Meetings as required Conduct research collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents Provide assistance as required to Business Unit Executive and Operations Management Team Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirements Bachelor s Degree Required Skills and Abilities Minimum 5 years administrative or office management experience Supervisory experience required Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures Knowledge of business and management principles Excellent computer skills a must In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Good verbal and written communication skills Supervisory Responsibility Direct supervision of office administrative staff. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS None Work Conditions General office environment.
