Come join our growing company Our company has a lot of potential for growth and we need a cleaner that is looking for a career and a chance at a management position.We are looking for highly energetic and self-motivated cleaners. We specialize in doing cleanouts getting a rental property clean before the new tenant moves in. This position will initially be part time but with the ability to go full time after probation period. Probation period is three months at which time you will be evaluated for a crew leader position and increase in pay. Hours are afternoons evenings and some weekends for part time position. Once you have completed probation period you will have the opportunity to go full time and work days. We have a structured system in place that will allow you to bonus on a quarterly bases this is based of your productivity and quality of work. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not a requirement. Requirement is to be efficient with an eye for attention to details. A company vehicle will be provided for driving from job to job. Your responsibility will be to arrive at the office in Gilbert AZ at the beginning of the shift. Job Requirements -Must have an Arizona drivers license-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test-Must be legally able to work in the United States-Must be able to speak English-Proficient reading and writing skills-Ability to operate a tablet and app software to log into job and write notes.-Ability to work afternoon evening and some weekends Respond to this position by calling Manica (at) 480-550-5497 or reply via e-mail.
