Part-time Newspaper Delivery Supervisors Work 3 mornings a week 2 00 a.m. to 11 00 a.m. The Daily Herald is looking for organized energetic managers to work out of area newspaper delivery branches to ensure timely daily newspaper delivery to our subscribers. Duties include but are not limited to Recruiting interviewing selecting and communicating with all carriers. Delivering routes and replacing papers when necessary. Communicate starts stops complaints and special instructions to carriers each day. Working at various branches to back up other supervisors. Contacting subscribers to verify service. Completing reports & processing route changes. Ideal candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills ability to read a map ability to meet deadlines have a valid driver s license and a reliable vehicle. Must be able to throw newspapers lift up to 25 lbs and load newspapers. Past experience working with newspaper delivery is a big plus as is bilingual Spanish-speaking skills.
