This position reports directly to the Executive Chef. Must have general knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques safety and sanitation rules and practices. We are seeking a reliable and hard working individual who can work well as part of a team. Must be available to work a flexible schedule AM PM shifts and days including weekends and holidays.
