Hi there We have a healthy proven African Grey breeding pair for sale. They are large for African Greys and have been fed on a healthy diet of Harrison s Pellets fruits and vegetables with additional vitamins essential for breeding. The male has over-preened feathers on his head and the female has plucked her chest and abdomen feather for better contact with her eggs which is not uncommon (please refer to pictures). Also the female is a Red Factor African Grey meaning she has additional red feathers across her body and not just her on tail. This is considered to be rare and can be genetically passed on to her babies. Apart from the feathers the parrots are very healthy and suffer from no illness or disability and have all their toes. They were sold to me split rung with papers which was about a year ago however I had them DNA Sex tested when I got them and have the DNA papers matched to their ring numbers. The DNA sex test papers will be included. They are not tame and they prefer privacy. They are approximately 10 years old. We are selling them because we are downsizing and need more space. They do not come with the nest box however if needs be a simple pet carrier will be provided for transport.
