Pristine completely pesticide free property with 30 plus acres of meadows with a small pond and the balance being forest that connects into preserve forest land protecting the privacy and beauty of the property. Beautiful views with direct private hiking access. Location is great close to the best sporting areas in VT and the most famous just about five miles from a VT college and small art school. It s a few hours drive to Canada and less time to Burlington VT and the airport. The town is a quaint college town that was given a few years ago state money to upgrade aspects to main street area only a few miles from the property and town maintained. Thre is electricity on the land and also a sewer system and drive. There is no structure at this time. I include a few photos of the property in summer winter fall.
