Senior Refrigeration Project Manager Seeking candidate with 10-15 years of experience in the mechanical Supermarket and Industrial Refrigeration service and installation industry as a Project Manager Estimator with the ability to estimate manage and lead Refrigeration projects. Must have experience with Supermarket refrigeration Industrial refrigeration and a history of profitability and meeting deadlines in prior project management positions leadership in construction safety experience in the development of budget proposal estimates excellent verbal and written skills and possess people management skills. In addition the successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and provide high quality service in a timely manner. The candidate must work well with clients plus be able to read and understand drawings specifications and bid documents compile an accurate summary of material equipment and labor assemble a project estimate and prepare proposals. Responsibilities include providing mechanical design on projects both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing facilities. Projects will include industrial commercial and supermarket facilities.
