This chair is circa 1900-1925. It has been restored. It is on castors and the seat swivels. If you love antiques with a modern look you will love this chair. I uncovered the original caning on the back rest. It has been done in high gloss black with a cream colored swirl material on seat. (the caning is also done in cream.) The pictures do not do it justice.
