Must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of General Construction Contracting and all areas of commercial and residential Construction projects. Knowledge in Metalworks (structural steel) & welding a plus.Annual Salary - 52 000.00 KYPlus All Benefits Required by Law. REQUIREMENTS1. Minimum of 10 years field trade project management & site supervision2. Have strong leadership managerial & client negotiation skills3. Experience in estimating proposal & Procurement methods4. Must have strong written & oral communication skills5. Knowledge of submittals change orders shop drawings change orders punch list & closeouts6. Ability to develop maintain & monitor projects budgets & schedules7. Ability to manage a variety of project methods including design-build8. Experience to manage various projects simultaneously9. Ability to manage the contractual performance of in-house crew & subcontractors 10. Coordinate resources & material scheduling upkeep MS projects11. Must be able to manage Safety & QA policies & procedures12. Computer skills a must. experience in Auto CAD an asset13.
